Ron Merle is a premier Syracuse custom home builder that has built over 800 homes during his career. His vast knowledge and experience began when he purchased HT Merle Builders from his father many years ago. Ron enjoyed working side by side with his dad appreciating the extensive training and guidance his father had to offer. Ron on what his father started, while continuing to keep their client’s interest as a top priority. I was born and raised in Syracuse, NY and attended the Manlius Pebble Hill School. In 2008 I moved to Baltimore, MD to attend Loyola University Maryland. I graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, concentrating in Finance. I immediately entered the workforce and began my professional career as a Business Operations Associate at a large Staffing and Recruiting firm. After one year in that role, I was promoted to Business Analyst and was a high performer for a year and a half. After working for a few years, I realized how much I missed by family and friends here in Syracuse. That’s when I made the decision to move back and begin my career as a Realtor. Part of my job as your agent is to make sure all stages of the transaction go smoothly, and my prior experience in working with multiple parties lends well to that.
